  Don't know how their web site has 5 star rating. only 1 has sold so far. express homes is dr hortons homes. I own a DrHorton home. and my advice to anyone looking to purchase a home from them. talk to some who owns a DrHorton home. and you probably will not by from them. poor workmanship, and won't do most warranty repairs. Don't ever sign their orientation unless you do deep inspection and home is complete and ready to close. They claim that is a final walk through. and if you sign off they will not cover any defects. last thing they have done to me is they made all kinds of promises and excuses until warranty ran out. and used that as an excuse not to do repairs.
